Yes, so long as you give them your dongle you use to flash the tune.

Who would like CLFC (Closed Loop Fuel Correction) under WOT for naturally aspirated stage tunes? We have been testing it out on our Innovate tunes and it is already implemented in our Flash & Go tunes. So far it has offered great improvements in consistent and repeatable power.

So the only thing left is to add it to the NA tunes we offer. This is great option to hit exact AFR targets all the time. For those looking to our perform at the track, this offers precise and exact AFR for all conditions, including altitude, heat and heavy loads in higher gears.

We are going to be further refining these tunes on our sponsored vehicles running Pirelli World Challenge and SCCA sanctioned events. So let us know your thoughts on a unique option only offered by Delicious Tuning - Closed Loop Fuel Correction (CLFC).

Cheers,
William Knose

I'm all for it (been running N/A tune from you for about a year). I'm also glad you guys take what you learn at one tune and trickle down to the others.

Yes I would like this. The current tune I have is working great for the Dallas SCCA Solo events and other AutoX events I go to.

Neat. There must be a reason CL and OL are separated on stock tune -- I assumed the idea was that inputs fluctuated too fast and so readings would always be incorrect and "behind". How did you work around it?

I'm in if there are advantages for CLFC. Are there there any disadvantages to this?

The stock tune does run OL under WOT, and CL in cruising conditions. Where as manny manufacturers such as the GTR, Porsche run CL active 100% of the time.

Why Subaru does not CL 100% I am not sure, might just be preference. But we have rescaled the sensor in our tunes and it is pretty accurate from lean to rich.

Currently we have tested this heavily on our forced induction applications with great success. The response time even on air fuel ratios for those applications works great. By pulling the afr to the target value in hundreds of a second we can have perfect targets every time. If it is fast enough on a FI application it will be fast enough for NA.

Drawbacks, there are none that we have encountered except making sure you have a good working sensor. This technique will help those on the track to be more precise repeatedly, which will lead to better results.

William Knose

Hey Ryan,

What likely happened is the features simply didn't stick when you flashed, which is fairly common. Can you please send me an email directly so I can walk you through reapplying them? My address is sales@delicioustuning.com.com . For future reference we check our emails much more frequently than the forums

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning
