I currently have a MAF tune from Visconti, and as soon as I get my SD tune from Delicious I can give you some impressions.

I've had the tune for a little while now. Driveability is pretty good. There were some initial hiccups like high idle when decelerating in gear, and the odd rough spot when sharply getting on the throttle. Those issues are about 95% solved right now and I would say I'm pleased overall. Driving around town is very near OEM in that there isn't a giant power surge as soon as your RPM's get into spool range, and the idle is also rock solid.

I would STRONGLY recommend ECU controlled boost to anyone that is running a Turbo setup. Being able to swap between maps and boost levels with the cruise control stalk is awesome.

I'm running an AVO turbo at 7psi and 10psi.

I just got my SD tune going Tues. I'm running an AVO kit and the Delicious EBCS.
So far its pretty good. After I drive it some more I should be able to get some better feedback. protib's description is pretty accurate as to what I've noticed as well.

Not bad for a Flash and Go map. Glad to see it is running well. We are still working on refining the tune a bit more as there seems to be some smaller areas in the tune that need refining.

For those of you that want a true stock feel, I completely feel you. I do too, but do realize this is a naturally aspirated vehicle we are converting to forced induction, then converting it to SD with RaceROM features added and setting it up to run on almost any system. Along with switchable boost maps and FlexFuel added into the mix. This is not something you make over night and it does take some time to dial in that perfect tune.

Just want everyone to know it is constantly in development but the power is there (as seen above) and the timing values are solid, dynamic advance is great, boost is controlled and all that is really left is getting the fueling proper. I would say the hardest part is dialing in the fuel, as we are using both direct and port for our tunes even while boosting, and it gets a bit complicated the way we have set it up.

Anyway thank you everyone for your patience and hopefully things are little better not then they were a month ago, as we are getting settled in our new shop and keeping up with customer requests.

Cheers,
William Knose

Hey fooddude, next week we plan on getting my car on the dyno to get some stock baseline runs..no tune. She's been stripped down to factory format. After that run we'll be adding our stage 2 tune and parts in...including a JDL EL header, Crawford Billet Power Blocks, and possibly an Airaid intake. The hopes are to have results of a completely stock car untuned, stock car on stage 2, 91 and E85, and then with all the fancy parts

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning

What about a stock car on stage 1 as well.

Would be good to be able to compare stage 1 and 2 tunes on 91

As stated earlier, while the difference in Stage 1 & 2 tunes may have been noticeable a while back, they both make virtually the same power as of late. The variation is going to be in the specific mods on your vehicle. The intention is to have one "stage" that is simply customized for whether or not you have a header (and which one), intake, and any other NA power mods such as billet power blocks, etc. This will be represented in the difference between our stock untuned, stock tuned, and modified tuned charts.

Again, we hope to knock these tests out sometime next week.

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning

Awesoooome saaauuuce

Nice! Sounds very exciting and great you're dyno'ing with different levels of mods.

Will this be on the dynojet or mustang?

Just one request...while you're doing a dyno per level of mods that you've mentioned, can you do one with headers and drop in only (+tune of course.and maybe any additional exhaust bit if you want)...ie: a dyno level with header but no BPBs (since I think not everyone is interested in those blocks, and there's more interested in just the headers, etc)
