Should this concern me running the 8.58 or should I run an older version? I am running the 70mm Raceseng pulley on 93 octane with intercooler. This will be my first tune with my setup so I'm unsure of which revision would suit me best.

Dustin,

I am testing the tune on a car with a 70mm pulley this weekend, specifically on E85. But confirming it on my car right after with their pulley which mine is on 91 octane. So we should have it complete by this weekend. Saturday afternoon.

Thank you for asking,

Just so everyone who's reading this thread knows I've had nothing but great expierences with Bill. When I purchased the first E-tune he stayed awake till approximately 11 at night tuning, getting logs from me and then updating the tune. Not everyone will do that.
When I got my car dyno tuned same story due to scheduling conflicts my car was the last for the day on the dyno he took the time to do it right and it took us until 10pm till he was happy with the car. Made 233whp(mustang) on 7psi with the stock injectors.
Just be patient he's not trying to screw you but just make sure you have the best tune possible.
The EBCS we are working with Infamous Performance on, we got a prototype up and running but we have handed off the final development and production to Infamous as I can not handle the time to produce them and sell them to the level both Infamous Tuning and Delicious Tuning would expect. Mike @ Infamous has graciously taken on the responsibility of the production units and we should be seeing those coming out within the month.

You are more than welcome to call Infamous or email Zach to get you on a list when they are available. They will be available through Infamous Performance or Delicious Tuning.

As for my hours, once we are caught back up, which should be within the next couple weeks, we are going to be setting a little more normal hours. We are shooting for 9am-5pm PST M-F. Just an FYI.

Cheers,
William Knose

Dustin, my apologies for not responding earlier today. I did read your post and didn't have the answer right off the top of my head, and had conferred with Bill. It looks like he got back to you on the thread before I did, but I do apologize for the wait on that one. Your question was not being ignored, I was just digging a bit deeper to get an accurate answer for you.

As for everyone else, I am just in my second day here so there is a bit of adjustment, but I'm hoping to pick this up relatively quickly and have everyone's questions answered accurately and fully on a daily basis.

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning

I believe I'm an early adopter of the DeliciousTuning Flash and Go speed density tune and just installed the 11psi MAP sensor and boost control solenoid.
Anyone have experience with the noise a boost control solenoid makes? I'm hearing something new and not sure if it's knock or just the solenoid doing it's thing. Even with the AVO turbo base map I would log some knock correction now and then but never heard anything. Now I hear that ball bearings on a piece of sheet metal sound.

I've got a 6psi spring and in the log snippet below is about when I hear the noise.

Thanks

@DeliciousTuning @sales@delicioustuning.com

I sincerely apologize if I'm seeming impatient. It isn't an easy thing for me to get an entire weekend off at my job like I have this weekend. To be able to work on my car I've had to put in extra hours at the beginning of the week working 14 plus hour days (I'm sure you know what I'm talking about). Getting up at 6:30 to get the kids ready for school, getting to work by 8:00, getting off work after 10:00 and not getting home until almost 11:00 at night only to do the same thing the next day is a bit tiring. I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir on this matter. I just want to make sure I have everything in order for when I install everything this weekend. Again, I'm sorry if I'm seeming impatient.

Back when I was NA I had a mean induction noise in the torque dip area if that's what you mean

Hey Zippy,

We're taking a look at your logs now and will get back to you soon with a revision. In the future, we do ask that those of you receiving new base maps send initial logs to us via pm or email only. These tunes are base tunes, and although our flash and go system does work across many different kits, every vehicle has it's own unique characteristics that require adjustment for. Initial logs will be responded to and have revisions sent out in a timely manner, and it is much quicker and more effective to send them to us via email.

Sincerely,

Delicious Tuning
