I can't test with E85 in my area but with 93 octane this tune works flawlessly below freezing. I start and idle with no problems whatsoever. Hasn't gotten below zero yet but low 20s is no problem.

am i correct in assuming that no harm can be done to my car with 1.34 tune if i do start my car in freezing temps as long as I let her warm up nice?

My understanding was that the only issues with the cold was starting the car, which shiv fixed by enriching the fuel tables on startup.

I'm actually only concerned with the E85 tune in cold weather starts. No reason to think there is any difficulty starting with gas. And since it's tuned in socal, I'm sure @shiv@vishnu has no cold weather to test with. I'm somehow resisting the urge to switch until spring, or when we find out about possible hard start (or no start) in temps down to about 10°F

So I was finally able to go out an get a tank of e85. I let the car idle for about 5 minutes then flashed the e85 tune and started logging. As I drove home I noticed my afr was staying at 14.7 :/ (a 10 mile drive). Then I go inside and pull my log file to look at it and it saves without any extension and won't open in the viewer. Has anyone else had trouble pulling logs?

You have to go into data logging not log to get the data log. At least that's what the video says. Mine keeps locking up when I try to get the log.

Hi guys,
Make sure you are running OpenFlash manager v1.03. Then make sure you got to the "data logging" section of the software and not "download user log". Two very different things and people sometimes get them mixed up.

He's actually in NorCal, which does tend to get colder than SoCal. It doesn't get "cold" cold, though.

I'm meet up with a customer in a few hours to test the e85 map on his car (stock header). I'll update the forum later
