My advanced multiplier was at .96 for my entire drive home. Never went up or down. Is it actually at .96 or is the current software reporting 1 incorrectly?

It's actually at 0.96. Sounds good to me.

Cool, just checking. It would seem then that this e85 tune is pretty happy on my stock header 86

Just do a couple of high load scenarios (WOT pulls) and so long as all is well it will pull up to 1

It did this morning...right before I got to work, BOOM 1. I'm sure it dropped a bit when I first put e85 in because the tank was somewhat mixed, etc.

Question: Even at WOT (pedal clicking on the floor), I'm only seeing throttle % of 83.x. Is this normal for our cars? If so, do the throttle maps accommodate for this?

That is actual throttle plate opening and is normal.

Is there a reason why the MAF voltage is stuck at 5v and adv multiplier at .86? This is with stage 1.34 pump gas on A01C stock tune.

Loving the new data log feature. Keep up the good work Vishnu!

As per the update notes, MAF voltage logging is not functional yet

Advance multiplier is working just fine. Expect it to move around a bit. Especially on gasoline (less so on e85).

Hi Shiv!

Strange case with my OFT device - it is updated, new gauges appeared (but my lovely intake air temp scale disappeared), but Adv. Multiplier doesnot show anything. The gauge of Adv. Multiplier is present, but it's dead.
And it writes the log file, but there is no A.M. data available.
What went wrong there? How to fix? Should i fix OFT or car itself?
Will next OFT FW upgrade cure it?

I'm also having issues. I logged on the way to work yesterday morning and when I got home this morning I attempted to open the log within openflash manager. I when I click on Read OpenFlash Manager just locks up.

Suggestions?

The scaling needs to be changed - the direct variable for throttle opening angle % is scaled at x/0.84. For reference, the RR logger definition:
Code:
                <ecuparam id="E38" name="Throttle Plate Opening Angle (4-byte)*" desc="E38-Actual throttle plate opening percentage. More accurate than the standard Throttle Opening Angle % SSM parameter." target="1">

                    <conversions>
                        <conversion units="%" storagetype="float" expr="x/.84" format="0.00" />
                    </conversions>

Was your tablet updated to the very latest version before you logged? Mine did the freeze up until the most recent update. Also, I assume you are on OpenFlash 1.3?

But is the stock scaling the same as this? If so, I don't see much issue with just leaving it.
