was everything installed correctly ? and did you use the filter and place the correct amount of washers ?

I followed the exact installation instructions provided by Toni in his video.

Umm...why would someone not use the filter? It's included for a reason. Also there aren't any washers, there are o-rings and fuel pump sock. Installation requires that you use the same number of o-rings as the stock fuel pump assembly, two.

a few cases where Visconti used to throw away the filters stating they are not needed
