I was there on Friday early. It was definitely a prototype model. I was disappointed it wasn't limited or manual but I was still pleased. I have had an STi and I'm a current EVO owner. The car felt great sitting in it. Can't wait to drive...

I saw the car at Santa Monica Subaru and thought it looked great from the outside. Inside, the seats and driving position were excellent, as was the steering wheel size. The interior materials felt cheap (other than the dashboard, which was soft-touch). I wish I could have seen the Limited so that I could report on the leather and the different center stack. The back seats are very small, and you could fit someone behind the passenger, but not comfortably behind the driver (I'm 5'9" and there wouldn't have been space for an adult behind me). With the back seat folded down there was actually decent storage space.

I think it comes down to the fact that the money we'd be paying for this car goes into the performance, not the amenities.

Well, Doctor S., in that case, I guess the test drive will be "the decider."

BTW, I agree with you. :happy0180:

I don't know Reza, but Brandon is a good dude. I put my order in thru Todd on the phone, but I've never met him in person.
