It just doesn't fit my intake

I was about to just swap out the intake but I got a tune.

So what is the thing that is sitting in front of the intake box in your early pictures? does the box not fit without that extra bit of CF shielding?

Yeah, I mean I'm not really in a hurry to sell, but I'd like these out of my house at some point lol. At least the Cooling plate and the engine cover are still on my car.
