I've been doing this for awhile now, and feel I have something to contribute to the community if I can bring in parts for cheaper than the current quotes. This would also include access to parts not otherwise available through formal channels and Group Buys.

Several questions:

How do I become a vendor if and when necessary?
When would I need to become a vendor? and
Where in on this forum do the rules distinguish the difference between feeling/interest etc and sales threads, and is this acceptable as a basic member? <for the above implied questions/info>
