No way. Start out cardboard, end up cardboard. Like a boss.

I can't remove the rear seats anyway cause of the car being built to STX spec so if I ever did remove it for a track day it wouldn't be often. The large hole in the back of the car wouldn't bother me.

Mine's an AT. I think they weigh a bit more than the MT.

Interesting note, if I am reading the SCCA Solo2 SM rules correctly with the 245s I have on the car I am allowed to get the car down to 2280lbs. Not sure how I'd do that without going broke.

Yup, your minimum weight in SM would be 2280 as long as you run a 275 or narrower tire. It won't be cheap getting down to that weight, but that's why it's the "Spend Money" class.

To what "RACE" wheels are you referring to?

Finally got round to weighing my car at my mates workshop.

My car is a NZDM Toyota 86 2013 manual. (RHD)

With me in the car, about 10kg of stuff in the boot, and about 15L of gas in the tank, it weighed 1316kg.
The corner weights were..
FL 349
FR 371
RL 293
RR 303

I reweighed the car without me, and with all the stuff I had in the boot taken out. Obviously it still had 15L of gas. Car now weighed in at 1194kg. Seeing as the car is advertised as being 1180kg with minimal gas, 1194kg makes sense with 15L gas.
The corners weighed in at...
FL 341
FR 331
RL 271
RR 251

This gives a front to rear weight ratio of F56:R44, without me. With me it's F55:R45

To confirm, my car is 100% how it was off the showroom floor. Nothing added or removed. My car didn't come with a spare. It came with a repair kit. This was in the car, with the toolkit & jack. The stuff I pulled out of the boot was unrelated stuff I had in there. My car has the 16inch rims.

Fuel when I weighed it...

I'm fairly confident of getting my car down to 1050kg. I wanted to go for the magic 1 tonne mark, but I've done the sums, and that will mean more interior out that I planend on, no a/c, plastic side and rear window. Took the first 20kg out in 20 minutes, if only the remaining 130kg was going to be that easy!
