The stock sway bars are one of the best suspension parts on this car and I will not be touching it at all. I don't see many aftermarket ones that will beat it.

![]() Just a suggestion: You might want to list either HOLLOW or SOLID. The stiffness of the bar will vary greatly depending whether hollow or solid. Without knowing that, it'll be tough to gauge stiffness with diameter alone. |

No difference? Please do enlighten us. Hollow is softer per OD mm vs solid. You can have a hollow and a solid of equal stiffness, but in such cases the hollow will typically have a larger OD and weigh a couple of pounds less. Hollow bars are typically designed to provide a certain level of stiffness while trying to save some weight vs solid. Calculations exists on the differences all over the internet. If you are comparing bars based on diameter, the detail of it being solid or hollow DOES MATTER. Last edited by simpleisbest; 11-11-2013 at 03:21 PM. |

Sway bar option list
Quote:
we are here to learn, I don't have any problems to say when am wrong.Could you show to us? Then you will probably inform users correctly. I want to understand what is the difference between an solid and an hollow bar. I don't think it's enough big to really see the difference on the street and also maybe on a race track. I mean the difference between the 2 bar types. I am pretty sure if you try both, hollow and rigid, you will probably not see any differences. It's only about how much the bar are more stiffness then the oem. Example, if you have the same % of stiffness between an hollow and an rigid bar then this is the same thing. We say the same thing ![]() I just want to say, look at the % of stiffness you want to add on your car and make your choice from this.
