I don't know. Until we find the part numbers for the belts that they use I wouldn't buy one just hoping it'll fit. |

Not sure that the warranty applies since we don't use the recommended belts. I sent mine back for a warranty eval got denied, KW was fighting them on it. Waited a month and said F it I'll do the "buy a replacement and get reimbursed when the warranty gets approved" option. Ive been waiting since June 10th 2015... I'm not holding my breath. |

Seems the one in the video does. I wouldn't say all rotrex have a lot of issues.

Mine had a bearing failure, another guy on here also had a bearing failure, another owner in Seattle had the input shaft snap off, I've read of 3 other JRSC ones having internal failures, and the Honda community is seeing failures in as little as 40 miles. Most likely a bad batch was put out, as I have yet to see a failure on a C38. Well.... No one has reported one on here or in any of the Facebook groups. |

Purchased my C38 kit back on 6/2014. 2 of the pulleys went bad from too loose of a belt. Other than that no problems, just noisy. Which reminds me I'm close having to buy that $100 bottle of Rotrex oil.

It may seem as though the Rotrex units may have a lot of failures but the same could be said when you search this forum for blown engines. I was quite discouraged when I looked into it. Then I realized that there are over 100,000 members on this forum that don't post until there is an issue. There are thousands of Rotrex kits out there and a handful of failures, half of which get warrantied. I think our odds are actually pretty good. I just tell myself if the Rotrex SC was good enough for Koenigsegg, it's good enough for me.
