Are you running a 91 or 93 tune? Stage 2? That seems like a lot of knock at high rpm, high load. Maybe you need to find different gas if you're on 100 getting that much knock.

I am running 93 tune.

There is also no more 100 octane in Australia, United petrol is shutting that division ..

Looks like back to 98.

Should I reduce my timing to 91 tune?

Cheers.

That's irritating. We feel your pain here in California with no 93 octane.
I think you should definitely try the 91 tune. Keeping the knock to a minimum will keep your IAM at 1 hopefully. So although you lose a bit of power with the 91 vs 93 tune you may actually end up with more power and a safer tune on 91 if your timing isn't being pulled due to knock

once you back on 98 you going to need to pull abour 1.5 degrees from even the usa 91 tunes over 5000 and pull 0.7 to 1 degree arround 2000-3500 to stop high end knock and keep your iam at 1.

other option is to blend 6 litres on e85 preferably united e85 to 50 litres of 98 (ie full tank) this will effectivly make the old United P100

Has anyone use stage 2 map on stock header, catless front pipe and catback exhaust?

Stg2 is usually used with aftermarket header. You can use it with the stock header, but I doubt you'd see any further gains compared to stg1.

I dont think its recommended as the stock cat restricts too much exhaust flow for the more aggressive valve timing.

likely mechanical problem, header hitting on chassis or skid plate or overpipe on chassis

i think its not mechanical, because first launch on stage1 was good, then i load stage2. What difference between EL and UEL maps?
