Even without camber plates you'll be able to get plenty of camber. Just the cheap factory camber bolt will get you over -2 with KW or RCE coilovers.

For the rear, rear LCAs or the WL rear camber bushing kit. I like the bushing but it's a pain to install and adjust. I'd recommend rear LCAs, maybe with the nonadjustable version of that bushing.

Thanks for the info! Nice to know those wheels aren't too hard to fit on these cars.

What kind of suspension did you run on the S2000? You don't necessarily need to have additional adjustability, depending on how you set up the FRS/BRZ. We don't run ANY additional arms, links, etc. on our shop car; we simply don't need them.
I'm currently running TEIN RS's (precursor to the SRC) because I got a really good deal on them when I was looking to replace my D2's I had grown to hate for being too bouncy. They ride really nice but I don't adjust them ever (well I tweaked them a bit at first to soften the ride up as the guy that had them before me only tracked his car).

I want to lower the car to about a finger gap all around and run no more than -3 camber (prefer to be at or under -2). Plan is to run 255/35/18 Dunlop Z2's or Hankook RS3's, which tend to run on the wider side of 255's.

If you like the RS, perhaps you should consider the SRC. We run SRCs without any additional suspension pieces.

What are your thoughts on running a higher spring rate in the front? 9k front 7k back. What adjustments/mods would you recommend I make/install to make the best out of such a setup for the track?

It can work, but we generally do even or rear biased rates.

What kind of tires?

It will result in the car that understeers virtually everywhere, unless you're running a really beefy sway (which is a band-aid fix) or a heavily, heavily staggered tire setup (much bigger rear tires than fronts).

What is your goal?

If you're running 225 square, it'll almost drive like a FWD, but if/when the rear snaps, it'll be REALLY sudden.

really? i just imagine its at least more cost effective to get things for a decent alignment. i imagine i would go through tires with the stock settings.

Hah I know that car... I've coached Matt a bit over the last year and half or so. He's gotten pretty quick.

I didn't know you were on the flat out forum. Whats your handle?

I definitely recommend an alignment, at the very least with the factory camber bolts. Hell I'd do that off the showroom floor. But for the bare minimum for safety it's just brake pads and fluid IMO.

I don't think it's as bad as CSG says, but it's still not something I'd do. Any reason you want to go that direction?

A couple auto-x guys do that sort of set-up and it works for them.
