Looks like they ground it off as you can still see the outline under the STI badge. Might have to do that myself now too.

Ordered the draw stiffener finally and for shits and giggles decided to just pick up the rear axles as well. Will let you guys know how it feels

also, for both the jdm spec tS wheels, 17 and 18 inch, will the stock tpms system fit with those wheels?

Don't see why not. I've had the stock TPMs in like 3 different sets of wheels now.

You must have skilled mechanics, because most up here can't retrieve TPMS to save their lives. I've had to give mine up to someone who bought my wheels for his 2005 Legacy. I don't feel like spending $200 on aftermarket ones.
