If they ever make a set that doesn't have the lower led's and angel eyes Id definitely be in. I had spyder tail lights on my e46 and they worked great so I'm sure these wont be an exception.

This would be my concern as well. If the headlamp bulb itself still uses a stock halogen type of bulb all you get is alot of leds outlining the inside of the housing.
