Do you think it would be better to just detach the button entirely?

I presume you mean these straps? I think they're suppose to detach so you can have someone climb into the back (ahahhahaha....?)
How do you get to the root directory of the FRS images on Scion.com? I keep seeing people link them but the directories seem to be forbidden.

Sorry, I just realized these pics are on the site now. But a while back people were posting official Scion pics that I couldn't find anywhere.

I would like to add that I'm pretty satisfied with what looks to be the final spec FR-S interior. The only thing I don't like is the plain looking e-brake as opposed to the nice red stiched BRZ e-brake. But that should be an easy swap I would think. I just hope there's an option to get the Alcantara/leather seats and LED/HID headlamps in there.
