biggest factors are postal code, # of tickets, # of years driving, age. tickets will kill you!!!

Rate reduction might sound good for the public/to get votes but I'm still wondering how insurance companies will find the way to cut their costs down because they can def not take a revenue hit like that and still operate like nothing has happened. Something has to give. I wish the gov cracked down on frauds and then there won't be a need to impose price reductions as prices will drop on their own (hopefully).
