You've already posted the date range several times, and it's well-documented that hand-built headers take a while to complete especially with demand. FA20Club has a good reputation for service, and as stated, they'd have kept you appraised if you contacted them by phone. Toni has responded, and said he's taking care of the situation. I don't think we need hourly posts until it arrives. Just my $0.02.
