Baseline Koni settings RTR ?

What would you reccomend for baseline Koni shock settings?

My first run on the new shocks will be at the Toledo Pro Solo this weekend. (assuming I get them on in time) So I'd like to start with the shocks somewhere in the right ball park.

What is everyone running for rebound settings? I'm used to FWD where it's basically always full stiff in the rear.....

Check out the first page of TRev's RTR thread within this very section of the forum. He runs Konis and has logged his setup for all the events he has run this year (including some national events). He's been pretty successful, so his setup would seem to be a good start.

I run STX with 245 rs3s. I run front and back half turn from full stiff. I tried one event 1 full turn from full stiff and ended up putting it back.

Did you find a setting that worked for you?

I have had my Koni's for a few events running in RTR. I also followed 'TRev's RTR thread'. The rebound that worked best for me thus far, depending on course (3 different surfaces):
Front : 1 - 1 1/2 turn from soft
Rear : 1/2 - 1 turn from soft

I used to also have a FWD civic before, so these setting feel the opposite.
