sorry, I'm building my car with FA20CLUB turbo kit in Australia and I'm pretty sure I'm the first and only one with rhe kit in Australia.
my kit installation is done and tomorrow is the tuning day, I will post the result tomorrow.
I will make a build thread when I get a time.

The piece that the intercooler rests on? If so, yes. I didn't have to cut it either.

The piece that the intercooler sits on? That's the thick black piece that the bottom of front bumper affixes to.

I don't have the fiberglass piece that covers the oil pan.

I had to hack away at that thick black plastic thing as well. There was no way in hell it was fitting with it on there. Also had to hack away at the IC piping and reweld the driver side flanges for the manifold.

While we're on the subject of hacking stuff up, I should add my DP had to be cut in half so a piece could be welded in extending the pipe. It was about an inch short and improperly clocked making it impossible to mate with the overpipe. I do have a Motiv OP, but that shouldn't affect the fitment really...

I had to hack up two of the charge pipes and notch a big old notch in the crash beam due to vague instructions.
