Good times with the twins autox in Stockton. Four twins this morning and I brought a couple of old students-turned Army soldiers on leave from Afghanistan in a shared STi.

Here's a video of my last run, with SilentAngel sitting shotgun.

Me! I have the weekend off to do both days and maybe try to make that meet in Dublin after saturday mornings runs!

Only question is which wheels/tires I should use...

I'm going stock so I can learn how to steer the car better with the rear wheels!

In case anyone is unfamiliar, the enduro is different that other AutoX events. You get two 2-lap runs on Saturday. Then only 1 4-lap run on Sunday for all the marbles.

If you don't get your practice in on Sat then you'll probably just suck on your 1 run on Sunday.

I've always skipped these enduro events even when I was running full seasons.

Combining these two replies, this is exactly what I like to do at enduros! Drifto away, as long as one is not a cone-killer (slows down the enduro format to a crawl) this is a great way to get your slip on. Since there is only one or two runs, the event chairs dont/cant really give you too much crap/grief. Besides, whether they admit it or not, most autox participants/observers really like seeing a sliding car do it well. YMMV.

Now that I think about it, it may be time to run the ol' Supra at the event... Got those Cooper Cobra GT's to grind up!

Thanks for the inspiration!

I just end up completing my 1 run on a short ass course and wonder why I just spent $50 for that.

You can go on Sunday only but it's only 5 laps with one run. So there might be opportunities for fun runs maybe. I'll keep a post just in case.
