^ This or Sonax tire gel applied with a MF pad works wonders.

I like this: http://www.autopia-carcare.com/optimum-optibond-32.html

Diluted 50/50 it leaves a light shine but not greasy looking and lasts about 2-3 weeks.

^ This. It lasts longer than any other tire cleaner/protectant I've used, and does not produce a glossy wet look, just a natural clean look

I did try Lucas Oil Slick Mist on a whim. No overshine and i'm a week in and it's still looking pretty good. The jury is still out until I get through a few more washes and applications, but so far so good.

Anyone else try this stuff?

I just used 303 Aerospace quick this morning. Looks good a few hours later but I'll tell you in a couple days.

Does the 303 or adams pick up everything like most tire shines do? Most I've used look good until you drive them then crud sticks to the shinny finish.

The 303 actually soaks into the rubber so it doesn't pick anything up while driving and it doesn't sling off. Just makes the tire look black like a new one with a little sheen. If you want really shiny tires, it's not for you. I use the 303 for everything (see my previous post) so I haven't tried the Adams but they do make good stuff.

Clean with Westley's Bleche-white and dress with Meguiars # 40 Vinyl dressing for a matt finish. Both usually available at you local Auto-Zone. Works great also on rubber door seals and trim. Makes it look new , not shiny.

Another +1 for 303 aerospace protectant. You can actually buy it at O'Reilly around here, they have it in the back. Spray it on, wait like five minutes, wipe it off.
