I'm wondering if maybe these changes won't take effect until later down the production cycle? Seems strange to say they're coming then not have them...

FR-S has a different head-unit anyway.

That's why they could call it the STi version. Throw in the Brembos, nicer wheels, turbo motor and a rear video camera (the radio is set for it already I believe). And I would like a rear wiper please, cause I'm crazy like that. Sell it in the nice orange that special WRX came in and I am breaking out my checkbook.

I think Subaru is sparing and safe with what they do. Which is good. But I'd be surprised if they did it now watch because I did say this they'll do it just to piss me off.

I think 2015 will be interesting in that regard- the new WRX will be out, followed by the STi. I wouldn't be stunned if they did something to the BRZ's at that point as well.

BTW- thanks for the posts here!

So FR-S is getting Monogram Series™

• Frameless Rear-View Mirror
• Center Armrest

What's wrong with Subaru? We need more features or upgrade to BRZ !!!

More like what's not wrong with Subaru? Unlike Scion, they're not in a frenzy to save their dying brand :p

The FR-S has definitely bumped up Scion sales, which they're probably trying to extend by introducing all the limited editions and series.

What's the basin?

I just installed the JDM console and door knee pads, so I'm half way to what SHOULD have at the very least come with the '14s.

Gotcha. Yes the gradient blue logo instead of the VERY dark blue (some say black) '13 logo. I'm not sure I like the new logo though. Kind of sticks out a bit too much for my tastes.

Eh, I test drove a '14 last night and didn't even notice the badge on the wheel. The only thing I really noticed was that there was an AHA button in the nav.
