Because overseas parts. The welding is sub-par looking, wrong torch angles etc. High quality stainless steel will not turn brown like that one does nor will the welding turn grey. What do you expect for under $490. Making a header like that with quality parts is going to close close to $500 in just materials + labor for welding. Anything I TIG weld I give customers a lifetime warranty. A proper tig weld should not crack nor the HAZ(heat affected zone) and look aesthetically pleasing.

None the less, not everyone can afford $900 for a header, there always has to be a product for everyone in the market. The header is decent, has room for improvement but at least it looks better than some of the Borlas I have seen and makes power

You should try to see what you could get on a near stock setup on both 91 and 93. I know we dont have 93. But you cold blend some of the higher octane from the track.
