Not to cause any waves here as I'm thoroughly interested in this and have high hopes, but...
based on what happened with your Works Drop In Filter, I must ask. What type of support & warranty will we have with this product? Or will we be directed to the guys in Manila "if" any issues occur?

I hate the UEL sound but the Pro's out weigh that con... This has peaked my interest, please add me to the list. I would also like to know what kind of warranty/support will be available if issues were to arise.
