I got a raven, then went to pick it up and it was sold out from under me as I only put $100 down the day before and they must not have thought I was serious.

So I decided I wanted a white one, then it came in and was an auto so I held out and told them I wanted the first red white or black 6mt they could find. Three days later I got a picture message from my buddy who was working at the dealership, it was my raven frs.

To me, it was fate.. Raven must have been what I was meant to drive. I love every second of it, and wouldn't trade it for the world

I was so tempted to pick another color, but a month and a half wait was definitely worth it for WRB Limited!

Wanted a WRB or white manual limited. Dealer had both, but sold the white to someone else when i was sitting in there talking to another person. Not regretting getting the WRB!

I will be looking for silver when I buy. It is the Subaru color that shows the least chips!

I tend to like black/grey/silver so I'm not super particular about color - what I wanted was a car that was optioned exactly how I wanted - I looked around for a dealer that had a BRZ limited w/at, happened to be black and when I saw/drove it I knew it was the one.

Saw the WRB at the Philly auto show in early 2012 and was really excited by it. Prior to that, I had always thought "Once I can afford it, I want a WRX", but the BRZ really caught my eye.

When I first started shopping, I wanted a WRB, but I thought it might be a little ostentatious so I decided on DGM. I had never seen a good picture of GBS (if you look on the Subaru website, it looks like this fugly matte greyish blue), and once a friend suggested looking at GBS in person, I decided to do that. When I saw it in person, I instantly decided that it was the color I wanted, with DGM as a distant second choice. I test drove the GBS Limited at my dealer, then had them try to find me a GBS Premium without fogs or spoiler, which they couldn't do without having to order it, so I just went with the GBS Limited they had on the lot.

Three months later, no regrets, I still think GBS is the best color, and I'm very happy that my dealer couldn't find a Premium without fogs or spoiler, because I am glad I got the Limited. Gives it a way more upscale feel for a price that's fairly reasonable.

My 2005 WRX was WRB. Absolutely love the color so when I bought my 2011 WRX, I was between WRB and DGM. Always loved the DGM. Happened to work out where they found a WRB WRX with everything I wanted so I went with that.

Fast forward to the BRZ and I was between WRB and DGM. Worked out where they found a DGM Limited with everything that I wanted. Lol funny how things work out like that!

I actually put a deposit down on a WRB Limited. I am so excited. Its my first brand new car coming out of the lot and I am coming from a cheap dinky 01 Civic EX. I was wondering I've heard talks about Subaru and their paint being really sensitive or not really sturdy. Is that true?

Both what I wanted and fate.
I knew I wanted white premium going in. They only had a white premium left.

In Canada, we don't get the GBS, DGM or red options.
Which sucks, since DGM and red were my top picks (got SWP instead)

Yea, I got my preferred color (WRB). I should probably invest in some opti-coat for the car in the near future...

Went to buy a Limited on Saturday here in Jersey. They didn't have any in the lot, so I had to order. The salesman said it usually takes a several weeks before the orders were processed, so for now I could pick 2 colors, and then give him a final decision within the next few weeks.

I was torn between GBS and WRB, but listed WRB as my first choice. Still couldn't decide, but today he called me, and informed me that surprisingly, the order already went through, and a limited WRB would be arriving in 3-4 weeks! I was also wearing a lighter blue shirt at the time. Must be fate.
