Anyway, grammar aside, another good thread from Killerbee I thought the video was going to be all fast-forward, but I like how some stuff is normal speed. I know I say this in all your threads, but the other side of the world is fascinating! You make me want to just drive through San Francisco with GoPro's plastered all over my car :happy0180:

Yup palm trees and beaches are nice but to me nothing compares to epic through the cloud mountains. I feel sad for those inside that don't get to encounter the beauty of the big rocks. Great videos man inspiring and makes me want to go shoot some here to soon!!

Btw just using a suction cup mount?? I gotta GP3 myself but will need to get a good mount. Cost of these buggers I don't want it moving a smidge!

Thank you for the kind words.

Acutally apart from the intro in the first Video everything is in "normal" time. I did just cut out some "boring" driving between the videos and also the 5 Minutes waiting time at the road works, but except from that, the video shows exactly what came out of the go-pro.

And I'd love to see some San Francisco driving video. Some time has passed since I've been there (at least 15 years) however I just remember how impressed I was from the city center, the harbor and ofc the golden gate bridge. Would love to see a video to brush up my memory a bit.

Thank you. And yes, I'm only using the gopro suction cup mount. If you install it correctly it will hold like its bolted to the car. You can see it in the picture below.

And looking forward to see some video from you :-)

I made some videos of me cruising around the city aimlessly. Then I uploaded them and discovered I have a copyright strike that hasn't expired yet, so I can't upload videos over 15 minutes. I don't really want to break the videos up because they aren't that exciting though. I'll just wait till my strike expires in September.

When I get a chance I want to make a compilation of the best roads within city limits. If I end up getting a Hero3 I'll try for some night shots---touristy streets that are gridlocked during the day (like Lombard) are completely empty at night

btw, is that a "dead cat" over your GoPro??

Looking forward to September then. How did you get the copyright strike, if you dont mind me asking.

And yes, its a sort of "done myself but its not as good as a real one" dead cat:-) It also helps to find your cam after it fell of the car as I had to find out yesterday.

I made a video syncing up "Stinkfist" by Tool to the beginning of Nightmare Before Christmas. It was up for several years until Disney struck it down in April...the crappy part is that there are still a bunch of other Stinkfist/NBC clips on Youtube!! Mine was just the best one.

If you use a copyrighted song, they just notify you, you accept it, and you get an ad on your video (I have tons of those). But I guess this one was more serious, they crippled my account for six months. I'm just bitter because there are tons of other similar videos out there, and it's not like I was doing any harm to Tool or Disney...
