Very interesting. Were EGTs low enough that you weren't concerned with the cat life expectancy?
I just don't want my only cat to be the downstream. I live in MA and they are very stringent on removing cats leading to inspection failures. |

they were within reason. Honestly unless you retard the timing too much or over fuel the motor with a conservative tune you wont damage the CAT. These are the same CATs use in most catted aftermarket downpipes from Subaru, BRW Mercedes etc applications.
