Very interesting. Were EGTs low enough that you weren't concerned with the cat life expectancy?

I just don't want my only cat to be the downstream. I live in MA and they are very stringent on removing cats leading to inspection failures.

they were within reason. Honestly unless you retard the timing too much or over fuel the motor with a conservative tune you wont damage the CAT. These are the same CATs use in most catted aftermarket downpipes from Subaru, BRW Mercedes etc applications.

Nope, but if you see any of the pics of our kit its about 6" down stream from the turbine housing.
