So lets say the ethanol sensor stops communicating with the ecu for one reason or another. Does the tune default to a certain map?

Just curious - should I be looking for a hot 12v source or a switched 12v source for this? Thinking switched, but I wanted to be sure.

Is this only true of the Flex Fuel tune? I have everything wired up and went to fire up the car with the 1.14 STG2 pumpgas and I'm throwing a CEL and Custom Map F Result is zeroed out completely, while the readout states E 11 (makes sense with the 93 around here having at least 10% ethanol in it). Wondering if I just need the new tune to verify wiring, or if something else is screwed up.
