Are these the official JDM ones, or knockoffs? Do they come with the bulb as well, or do you reuse your existing bulb?

Interested in a set of clears if you still have any. Just can't decide if the smoked would look any better on my Whiteout...also curious about quality, looks like they have the 3D "bumps" on them which makes them seem like JDM ones and not knockoffs. LMK, thanks
