There are occasions where you pay for more than what you get. For the most part your statement is true and I agree. There are some JDM products that are way more expensive than what they are worth.

i went the vinyl option today, but after putting the car on the hoist, pulling the front grill out to get right into the edge as its curved then trying to cut it to follow the lines of the bumper i can definitely say that getting it perfect is near impossible. i removed it and wouldn't waste my time next time +1 for finding a cheap aftermarket garnish.
