I have 210 kit with my boost gauge drilled into the maf. This seems like a better alternative. I'm not sure what needs to be done for your option. Can you explain - PM me. Thanks.

So I just realized that the Raceseng idler pulleys will fit perfectly onto the mounting hardware for the fixed add in idler pulley. You just need to remove the small washer that goes onto the shouldered machined piece. This is useful to those of us who are running the 69mm pulley as it increases the total belt wrap which may reduce the chance of throwing a belt.

The 69mm pulley is 6mm smaller in diameter than the stock 75mm that came with my unit. The original add in idler pulley that came with my kit was 70mm. The Raceseng is 80mm. I know it is 4mm larger in diameter (total), but I think this will allow the following benefits:

1) It brings back the total length of the belt wrap around the pulleys closer to the original configuration.
2) Due to 1), it moves the spring loaded idler pulley arm back closer to its original position. I *think* that means that the spring is closer to the ideal position to generate maximum tension.
3) It causes the belt to have more wrap around the drive pulley on the blower. This *may* help prevent the belt from slipping on the drive pulley.
4) The Raceseng pulley is wider than the original add in idler, which should allow the belt to have a greater margin to float on the surface.

I've done a full autox weekend and a weeks work of daily driving on this configuration and I have had no issues so far.

looks great and hopefully removes the nasty squeaky sounds from the added pulley supplied by the kit. got a quick link on where to purchase? I assume from raceseng website but I'm being a little lazy to look around.

Radium engineering is what I run. I used to run the dual catch cans but nothing ever dropped into the one that hooked up to the intake pipe so I took it off and sold it, so only running the one now. Best catch can on the market in my opinion, but all of there stuff is exceptional and worth the premium price.

So i'd be optioning for the one on the crankcase and not the PCV valve correct?

I run the PCV. The crankcase is the one that goes to the intake tube. At least as far as I remember.

You can order either of their kits or both as they are the same it's just they are on one side or the other. You could plug either into either PCV or crankcase, as you can run the lines how you wish. That sounded better in my head but didn't get expressed in writing very well.

This was from a Revo S2 kit. They just did a redesign on the original idler pulleys that came with the kit and I used one of the old ones for this test. I just checked and it looks like the individual pulleys are not available on the site at this time. You might contact them via email and see if you can get a single unit.

I just want to restate that this is a custom application of their product, and I've only had this on for a short time. So far it seems good, but I won't know if it is a good mod until I've done more long term testing to see if any unanticipated issues arise from this configuration.

Running seibon DV. I saw my water temp go +230 at last track event and i have to end my session early. and I got a vented hood and next will be oil cooler. I went to track this time and water temp didn't even go above 190.

So boost levels - Has anyone got a boost curve for the 210 - I've done a search but found nothing.

I've recently had a dyno run and got a boost curve out of it - to say I'm disappointed would be the understatement of the century - but I would like to see some other boost curves before I start flinging shit.
