Nice Dion! I'll let you know when I'm up there in a few weeks when Bob will be tuning the KW kit. Gonna have to take me to some Korean BBQ

Does E85 not use more fuel at any given situation than pump? I think a good setup on pump fuel with a 70mm pulley will be pushing it on stock in injectors. I think once you're near 300whp you should be looking at going bigger.

@wrxgoose are you running an aftermarket manifold? Very impressive figures.

Correct. With the stoichiometric ratio of petrol / gas being ~14.68 vs ~9.75 for E85, you would have to flow approximately 33% more fuel for E85.

So if you were running 93 octane and the 70mm pulley you'd possibly be looking at around 250-280ish whp potentially?

We don't have 93Oct here, but using Octane Booster, I'm sure even with 75mm pulley it will get close to 240 - 250 mark. We have seen Torco give up to 13 whp gains added to 91 Oct.

Btw I fitted the Blue Gates racing , which is slightly smaller than the kit belt, I'm sure creates less drag and maybe won't slip with the 70mm pulley.

Only made ~230 whp on the 70mm + intercooler on 91. You need E85 to reach the numbers you are quoting there (excluding wrxgoose's freakish miracle unicorn results on a non-intercooled 75mm).

Hopefully I can reach at the very least 250 whp on 93. Our 93 here in texas is some pretty good stuff.
