^Is there a coated version of this to reduce heat? My existing Perrin CAI gets awfully hot. ^

Would like to see a before and after dyno showing any increase in power and what the intake does to temps.

Did Toni mention if the flow is similar enough at that point to not require a retune with that MAF placement? Otherwise people should realize they will need a retune for MAF scaling with the new placement.

I asked this a few days ago on their facebook. The answer was a tune is not required but as with all intakes it wouldn't hurt.

Andy is offering the same coating they offer for their intakes. Price would be $335.00 for a coated intake.

Arnt we still waiting for FA20clubs complete testing including all their associated sprintex goodies, which was promised months ago?

I have to think there isn't much exciting to report, as if there was it would sell parts and they would post the info as soon as it was in hand.

A little disappointed, if you can't tell. In fact I think it's time to resurrect the tread and poke the bear.

that intake doesn't look too bad, but it still bothers me that it's over the headers, and thus getting more heat absorption than it really needs. That's why I'm going to be getting a custom one made, and the fabber may try to sell it on here, we'll see how effective it is.

and i still love how, even with a slipping clutch and traction control on, i can still make the tires spin just by stomping it.

edit: i'm seriously thinking about picking up a 70mm pulley once i've got the clutch in. wondering about adjusting the tune for this though.

I have an Innovate w/ intercooler kit on order. What are the thoughts on upgrading to the 70mm pulley with 91oct? I'm not planning on going with E85 and 93 is not readily available.

Guys, has anyone tried fitting the TRD carbon strut bar on top of the Innovate kit? Is there enough clearance for that?

Here are my Mustang Dyno numbers.
Run 1: Pre SC (just exhaust/front pipe on 91)
Run 2: Innovate SC + IC w/91 (delicous tuned)
Run 3: Innovate SC + IC w/e85 (**was only at E50**)

3" Perrin catback, 3" Perrin catted front pipe.
75mm pulley.

As you can see on the 3rd pull (blue) there was some slippage and we are not positive if it is the clutch or the wheels, most likely clutch. The only thing is, I have an upgraded clutch (Exedy Stage 1) which shouldn't be slipping at these numbers... Perhaps it is not yet broken in yet? If I can rid my car of this slippage, that peak who should reach 230-240 with a full tank of corn juice.

Adding the S/C on Delicious' base map was night and day in terms of the car's performance. Getting the custom tune and the flex fuel going, wow. Driving it around tonight; you realize there just isn't the need for anything more, the car is perfect now. Big smiles.
