That is the coolant reservoir for his intercooler.

Check your ic coolant levels for the first few days. Had to top mine up a couple of times as the system bleed through. Was starting to worry it had an internal leak. But full day at the track yesterday, and it didnt drop.

Question for the group: I live in Southern California so I am lucky to have warm weather but only 91 octane gas. My finely calibrated butt dyno says the supercharger doesn't like the heat and if stop on a hill but take off slowly, I get a bit of knock. If my goal is power and reliability/longevity, should I go with a flex fuel set-up or an intercooler (or both)? Or is there something else that would do the trick like the sensor fa20 club is offering that measures the air temp just before the air goes into the combustion chamber?

I've had the supercharger for almost two months now, and the belt broke tonight
It's not totally gone, I was lucky it happened when I was at low rpm.

So, what is the part number for the heavy duty belt?

Same Gates part number but with RB (racing belt) at the end. Just look for the 2.0L dodge caliber gates racing belt same belt on Innovate kit.

Stay with 91 if you want better MPG and get the IC. That will greatly reduce knock and performance/heat issues.

If all you care about is power e85 will make a big difference without IC but you will still heat soak so long term your best potential is with either 93 or e85 with IC. Done deal no stability issues.

Can those of you with this supercharger install please get a photo of the grey corrugated wiring harness that runs behind the charger. I'm curious to see if folks have it just laid loose or have got it clipped into the inlet manifold. Thanks!

Kind of. I assume a LHD vehicle? Not sure if that'd make a big difference.

I can see the harness in that photo going right down under everything and above the bell housing. Not sure mine would route down there.
