No worries we shall race again. Well I'm going to jump back online for a bit of practice and anyone can join me if they like. If I get bored and no one joins maybe I'll switch over to BF3 for a bit.

I had to do some controller surgery. My son decided that the buttons needed some juice in them or something. All better at this point. My brakes shouldn't stick any longer. lol.

I know the feeling, one day my dog decided my controller was a chew toy, my L3 and R3 never worked since (fortunately not a lot of games use those).

Sheeit, I want in. I have a copy of GT5, but no PS3 to play it on. Might borrow a friend's console that he never uses. I feel like it's too late in the game to buy a PS3 that'll soon be antiquated.

I've got a 360 and play Forza every now and then. But I'm a GT fan at heart.

to be fair though, the PS3 will have a fair amount of life even after PS4 comes out. GT6 and GTA5 will be for PS3. PS2 had a very good extended lifespan with good games still coming out for it after PS3 launched.

If you guys are interested in doing this on a weekly basis let me know. I think of the guys who joined us so far it seems Weds and Thurs nights are good. I'd throw out there times of say 6PM or 9PM. Easy enough for one of us to set up a GT5 lounge room and be practicing/chatting while others drop in and out.

LOL whatever happened to the good ol days when people would set up whole monitors/consoles in their car? That would be the ultimate setup, drive to a meet, fire up the PS3 and have racing online with other fellow members who couldn't make it to the meet haha.

One of the guys from team lovehate in Sacramento has a huge LCD and arcade stick setup in his trunk. He hold street fighter tournaments at car shows from his trunk.

I got you, I'd hate to say it since I've always been a die hard GT fan, but the last few forzas have been better and I have preferred it over the last few GTs. Although its not as realistic, I really like the physics engine, plus you can actually hear the difference between a V8 and an inline 4!

I'd say hit me up sometime, but I haven't renewed my XBL in a while...
