Yeah that was fun last night! I LOLed pretty hard when you slammed into me on the front straight at Laguna Seca and I could hear you over the mic say "Woah!".

That said, I can only barely hear certain things you and @Clipdat are saying on the mics. And I can't hear anything on the main lobby screen, cause there's music playing over everything. I did hear the quip about FIFA though haha. But that last time was an exception! My bro came over when I was playing GT5 and I switched over to play him on FIFA. Sorry Drew!

I'll get on when I get home (around 5:30/6). I think I'll have to use the Corvette, as thats my only 500pp+ car. Don't have any soft tires for it, though.

I'll be on soon. btw we could also try the shuffle races. The way it works is you set a pp limit (say 500pp) and the computer randomly puts everyone in different cars. Everyone is forced to race on Comfort Hard tires which makes it super low grip and challenging haha. With each race you win, you get a slower car as a reward and the people who finish last get faster cars. So it kind of adapts to help even people out who are of different skill sets if you do a series of races. Pretty fun!

Haha that thing was a beast to deal with.. all that weight! I was fighting it the whole time trying to keep up with Plato, in my dream car no-less, which made it even worse.

Those shuffle races were a lot of fun, though. I like driving lots of different cars, that Vette sure was interesting to deal with. I made the mistake of turning the TC completely off. Last thing I remember hearing on that race was "He just lost it.. I'm gonna run away before he catches up". Haha

Who here has attempted GTAcademy2013 qualifications? Where are you ranked?

I've been trying to whittle my time down. Currently 506 in US. I've only had my set-up for 3 weeks though. Still getting used to it. I doubt I can cut 3 seconds off in two days, but having fun trying!

I gave up after about 2 weeks of on-off trying (fastest on controller, was about 2-3 sec slower on my g25), ended up ranking at 17xx or something and gave up, damn I'm slow lol
