@Shiv@Openflash is there any way we can use our OFT Dollars towards the purchase of the Procede Controller?

@Shiv@Openflash

Does anyone who received their PROcede have an issue with the female 3.5mm aux cable? Mine is way too small for some reason and the pedal button cable will not go in.

I'm running into the same issue...was thinking about taking a drill bit to it, but iono if that's a good idea..

Ok sounds like the wrong size was bought. Quick solution: run to RadioShack and buy an adapter 1/8" female to 3/32" male. Mino or stereo should be fine

Per Sojhinn's instructions, go to Fry's/Radioshack/Bestbuy etc and get a 2.5mm (male) to 3.5mm (female) adapter. Fits like a glove after. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong.

Also the 10mm screws with the thing attached in the beginning... yeah I don't have those for some reason. Luckily I have spare screws but kinda weird. Am I missing something important? What is the black box in the video? I do not have one in my car.

Update: T-Tapped green/black to the 1st of the 4 connectors. T-tapped green/yellow to the 3rd of the 4 connectors. Grounded the hook wire. T-tapped the power fuse slot.

When I start my car the ESC digital display turns on (28.5) but when I drive the ESC never activates (stays ~28.5) and it feels like there are dead spots similar to when you first flash a new tune. I'm assuming that either one of the two ECU taps went wrong or something is up with the activation 3.5mm plug. When I remove the plug from the PROcede harness the ESC activates so it works as it should as far as I know (plugging it back into the foot switch still works as well). Any ideas on what is going on? Is it possible Shiv forgot to load the map or the map is wrong? I double checked all my connections and they seem fine. Is there possibly an issue with the activation switch since it came with a 2.5mm connector and I used an adapter?

One thing to check is that the adapter you bought matches the number of rings used on either end. The footswitch cabling has three points of contact (two plastic rings between the metal sections). If the adapter only has two contacts, it's not going to work right.

Actually you only need the tip. That is the point that sends the voltage to the controller. The other connection is just used for the foot controller.

Make sure your adapter isn't stereo to mono, and is just stereo to stereo. (Mono to mono should work too but just in case)

Second theres a possibility that the map wasn't loaded. Snag the software and tune from shiv's site.

Also what black box? Can you tell me what time in the video?

For anyone that needs help. Either PM me or quote me so I see the notification pop up on my phone. Work is slow today since my students are taking AP tests all day.
