However, I will mostly only need to transport my daughter in the morning to the grandparents' house and my wife will pick her up in another vehicle. I hope it works out. I only want this one selfish buy. That forward-facing car seat looks great. I hope to be able to rough it through the first year to get to the new seat that'll fit better. Here's to a positive outcome.:happy0180:

You really won't know until you try it, but with the steep rake of the front seats I doubt it. I also have the Recaro convertible one and a 1yr old. I'll just wait until she is old enough for the carseat to be front facing or a booster. Wife has a TSX for baby transport.

Surprisingly a Recaro baby seat fits perfectly into a Recaro pole position as a found out when I needed to transport just the carseat in my S2000. haha

With the passenger seatback tilted forward it'll fit. Probably only viable if it's some sort of system with a base and click in seat so you could use the passenger seat the rest of the time.
With the passenger seatback in the normal setting, even with the seat all the way forward, there's no way a rear facing seat will fit, at least not at the rake it's designed to have.
