How do you want me to help you out? Do you have a tire gauge? What about a pyrometer? What kind of tires are you using?

I have a tire gauge but no temp gauge. I'm running a square setup on Bridgestone potenza re71r in 235.40.17.

You need a pyrometer, metal probe is better than IR.

Is this what you are looking for?

I still don't know how you want me to help you out...

Are you looking for pressures? Do you want me to fly out to you and personally set your pressure? I'm not sure what kind of answer/response you're looking for.

37 hot. No idea cold; I don't know what's in your tires or how you drive.

Try starting at 32lbs cold and go from there. It is almost always a good place to start on a lot of cars if you have no firm direction. The tires will generally gain 4-6 lbs when heated unless you are driving something like a 911 and I have see 10-15lbs gain on the rear on that car. Drive, learn and grow. I doubt very many people on this site drive are professionals, so have fun and learn.

I'll jump in because I can give more info...

Car weight: 2914lbs 55/45 50.5% cross weight

Tires: 245/45/17 RE71-Rs

On Tein SRCs 10k front/12k rear. Test of the suspension is stock. Not exactly sure how much the drop is, but I'm pretty sure you were the one who set up the height for the previous owner, so you might have it on hand somewhere.

Last track day I was playing with damping settings, so I left the tires at 33psi hot all weekend so it wouldn't throw off my damping changes.

Next set of tires will be 235/40/17 NT01s, got a PSI guesstimate for me?

27 cold as a starting point, bleed as needed. 30psi if on nitrogen.

Yep I started at 28 PSI with track surface temps are 38 Degrees. Bleed to 32 works well if you don't have a pyrometre. (get one, you just spent 1500-2000 on tyres/wheel. $100 is nothing)

At the end of the day the fronts were 24 when cold and 27 on the rears.

What were your hot temps when starting with those?

What's the consensus for the lowest oil pressure on track where anything lower is considered dangerous, i.e., "set up your oil pressure gauge to change color at 50psi or lower and to alert/blink at 40psi or lower"? I just installed the pressure gauge. @CSG Mike? @Racecomp Engineering? What should one do if such low pressure is reached - pull into the pits and cool off?
