Wawanesa jus quoted me $2078 for 12/mo
100/300/100
How are some people getting it so cheap? Because they are add ons to someone elses (parents) insurance?

The only thing I have on my record is a carpool violation ( which I thought didn't count)

We have multi-car and good driver discount applied. I'm 25 and have been driving (licensed and insured) since I was 16 btw. My mother is the other driver, and her car is a 2003 Highlander. What'd I say it was before when I got quoted, like $16xx or something/year, right?

Ah it must be the multi car I think. I talked with a rep and he said that already includes good driver discount since we ONLY insure good drivers otherwise you wouldn't have gotten a quote at all.

I think for anyone around 25YO with a clean record, licensed and insured since age 16 and full covg you're looking at at least 850/6mos avg, i've seen people say as low as 800 and as high as 1200

Advice to buyers: If you're putting about 5k down, and get a 5yr loan, expect to devote at least 850 per month to this car...all inclusive, for loan (500), insurance(125), gas and toys(???) because thats what'll happen haha

Yup. Wawanese requires you pass an initial "approval process" before they sell to ya. Takes about 1-2 weeks to hear from them, lolz, so don't cancel your existing insurance until Wawanesa sends you the premium/paperwork/checklist.

Yuppo, I was quoted $1633/yr for BRZ with the multi-car and good driver discount applied. $1622/yr for FRS, IIRC.

But yah, $850 sounds about right. Bills are spensib.
