theres nothing wrong with daily driving a rocket bunny except for looking like a goober on the road.

im really not a fan of a street driven/non tracked widebody.

Go for it, it be a cool idea. A lot of people say it would look poser but were all driving a car with 200HP that looks like it should around 600HP, were all the real posers here.

I wouldn't put that huge ass wing though, it would attract to much attention, cops and people wanting to race you.

And birds that would chill on it and shit all over the car. With the wing also, you'll not only have a car, you'll have a picnic table as well. Im gonna do the kit in the future (minus the wing), but will put some work on the suspension and engine first. Im not a "show, no go" type.

I just love the aggressive look of it, but it's hard to justify cutting into my fenders and possibly dealing with problems since i'll be daily driving it.

All input is appreciated

Do what you want. Unless you're worried about what other people will think.

Exactly. I'm not so worried about looking like a "goober" on the road. I like how the kit looks, plain and simple. I just wanted to get some input from those who have experience with driving a rocket bunny on the daily.

There's a definite possibility for a vortech charger in the future though, so no worries there.

I can imagine the flying rock chips hitting every where because of the half naked fenders.

One question.
What about backup/reverse lights?
I know that there are two circular stop lights but I haven't seen any backup lights.

It is absolutely necessary to cut/weld your fenders if you don't fancy your tires hitting and damaging your fenders -- this kit requires to run NEGATIVE offsets to look even remotely flush.

If you're not running wide wheels + tires, what is the point of having a widebody?
It's it OK to use dry carbon front fenders and a dry carbon trunk and cut and drill those to install the front over fenders and spoiler?

only negative things i can think of are...

-bearing going out faster than normal due to wider wheels
-lack of fender well covers, could cause excessive dirt build up in fender well and possibly causing electrical hazard. Unless you make some custom fender well.
-rock chips, as other members pointed.
-lower car, seems like you need to lower the car excessively in order to look right/good. that can also mean changes in suspension geometry throwing off roll center.
-cost of repair. if you ever get hit or have damages to the body, that can cause $. and it doesn't help that its lower as well.

just remember you gotta pay to play and lot of work.
