Cool thanks for sharing. To be honest I have my eyes set more on Portland, OR. Different than SF/LA, but still a lot to do and a cool vibe.

i've always wanted to go down to Torrance and grub with Asians on some REAL Asian food. I know after the FR-S launch party Jon Sibal and some others dudes that were there went somewhere out that way to get some Japanese food. if anyone is down to grub after the BRZ showing next Saturday and knows where we can get some reasonably priced, legit Japanese food, holler!!

Are you referring to the Hermosa Beach event?

Yep. According to one of the reps I talked to there will be a manual limited brz for you to get your hands on.

Also, +1

my pics from the event:

at first my knees slightly brushed against the steering wheel....having forgotten to set the seat a touch lower my knees didn't touch it at all....

pretty shallow trunk...couldn't get the seats to fold down for whatever reason...

as can be seen here the engine does indeed sit pretty far back and just behind the front of the front axle....

^ interesting how the WRB shows up on your camera. Fairly good representation of its true color?

very light sensitive color. there was a GD WRX in WRB in the parking lot on the other side of the dealer and in the sun it's a bit lighter in appearance. it all depends on the lighting of the environment the color is in.

I love Portland. I lived there for 8 years (born there) and I want to move back someday
