Has anyone heard of Miami? Jeez lol. We even have better and warmer water due to the Atlantic :/. We dont even have hills here

Hopefully there will be either a BRZ or an FR-S at the San Diego dealerships to see!

That sounds about right. Looking to live by Stanford? There are a lot of cities clustered around the Bay Area so you might find better deals a little north or south of Stanford. I used to rent in San Jose and my closest friends rented in South SF.

Random: Atherton (near Palo Alto) I think is among the most expensive places in the country to live.

The only reason I ask is I'm trying to get a general gauge of cost of living in Cali. I am applying for residency this fall as I finish med-school in 13 months. Some places in Cali look interesting but I will be on a fixed income and the slight increase in salary doesn't make up for the increase in cost of living.

Its in a nice location this city is the 4th most safest citys in the US (Irvine)...and yeah the location that i'm at is a town home not a house...and i'm also paying for association fee's..thats about 300 a month...also i'm close to alot of main freeways and rich city's..like Laguna Beach, Laguna Nigel, Newport Beach etc...

And you're thinking of moving to Compton? Lol

I live closer to Torrance than Compton so maybe I'm seeing Torrance and thinking "this is a nice place" lol

I used to live in carson and it was ok. There are certain areas where you'll feel unsafe but there are quiet and peaceful neighborhoods in carson too.

i like torrance better though.
