I haven't seen any, I'm sure they would take a while to approve, but you're still 5(?) years from smog, so I wouldn't worry too much, or you could also just get a drop in air filter as the gains are pretty similar anyway and just wait for a CARB legal intake.

Well it seems as though the stock air box is pretty efficient already through dyno testing with the drop in air filters, and it shows almost the same gains with an intake; unless you get the Injen which was shown to have the most power gains, but you have the problem of bogging down. I'll look for the thread in a bit, but it should be in the Engine/Exhaust section

Gotta be careful with the Injen as it is known to trick the MAF readings for more power. Definitely not a safe longterm solution unless you get it tuned.

Yes, with an intake, it is definitely recommended that you get a tune in general to get the full use of it.

You could try adding an intake hose to go with the drop in filter. The factory airbox really is well designed, as mentioned above, but the intake hose is really convoluted. Also, you can ditch the sound generator, if you choose. I haven't had a chance to get my car dyno'd to verify any gains, mind, but it does sound nice.
