I know.. never liked it at all, but to each its own. It is good for a certain type of track.

It must feel stupid awesome with 450 wtq so early, but it must also feel it hits a wall to redline, its the torque dip times 100.

I'm not a fan... Anyway, that torque curve is the same shape as what you get with a small turbo spiking boost low and tapering off. Clearly this is an example of a similar issue with a larger turbo. The boost may or may not be tapering off, but turbine restriction will certainly cause that kind of torque curve.

You get that torque curve on an Evo X with all the upgrade turbos that spool anywhere near where the stock one does as well.

A torque curve that feels amazing to me is one that stays level from the instant that boost hits target all the way to redline, but you won't get that with a turbo that hit's full boost early...

AVO is close.

And it will only get better with an EBC instead of MBC.

It's still quite a hefty taper as a percentage. 25ish ft lbs is a noticeable decrease when you're only making ~200wtq.

Agreed, but its not that much when you are making 300+

I don't mean its perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but it looks pretty flat considering all.

Of note, Innovate is VERY likely to have a similarly nice, flat TQ curve.

Sportsguy83 gets the picture... I like how everyone is assuming I'm going turbo... I have REALLY big plans to make my car a one of a kind power plant.

Hmm.. could this be placed in one of the circular air vents? Something commonly done in Audis and results in a cleaner install.

Yeah I can't wait to get some real info on that kit. Maybe I should PM that local (San Diego) guy who has it and get a hell ride...

I sure hope it's capable of more than 250whp though
