American's all-time favorite pony car the 'Stang gets Europeanized for international audience. C/D's rendering is said to be a near-accurate portrayal of the production model to be revealed next year as the 2015 model.

Europe's pedestrian safety rules requiring a higher hood mean those sleek pop-up headlights and slam dunk hunkered down frontend were no more. To replicate the streamlined profile that was looong time design domain of sports cars will present a massive challenge for automakers going forward.
