Did the BRZ MSRP just go up?

I've noticed many incoming BRZs have a new higher MSRP listed. For example, there are many limited MT with only the chrome fuel cap listed at $28,697, which I think would previously have been $28,364. Maybe the listings are missing some options, otherwise looks like an annual price bump.

That would be the dealer fleecing someone for a $300 fuel cap sticker.

Except the same MSRP numbers appear from dealers in more than one state, including when the dealer is offering the car for a lower price.
