I will tell you exactly what I did:

Googled 'fonts'
Clicked on second option
Selected 'italic' from the alphabetically sorted fonts section
Scrolled down until I saw the 5th option (Concielian)
Selected the custom preview
Typed in FR-S
Rejoiced!

I think I found the font. I used your method of going to Google. However I looked up for "font italic". One of the links shows images of faults. I found http://www.pickafont.com/fonts/Usuzi%20Italic.html

I especially liked the letter S.

The dash font appears to be Hemi Head:

Also, Usuzi Italic looks closer for the FR-S font

There are programs in Adobe where you can create your own font.
